DB Realty Secures Hotel Management Contract With Hotel Corporation of India

The India edition of The Economic Times reported today that DB Realty has not lost the management contract they have with Hotel Corporation of India (HCI), at the Centaur Lake View Hotel.

Jobs cuts are feared at the takeover of the property by DB Realty. Employees were disappointed to learn, and are now afraid for their job security, after an RTI application filed by the General Secretary of the Centaur Hotel Employees’ Union Srinagar, Ghulam Mohiuddin Bhat, that DB Realty had not lost the contract.
